STANDARD VEHICLE WARRANTY

Other than as limited below, Specialty Vehicle Solutions, LLC (SVS) warrants to the original purchaser that this vehicle, all originally installed equipment, and all SVS workmanship on the vehicle shall be free from defect for one (1) year from the date of delivery. SVS’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, as it may elect, of any part which SVS determines to its satisfaction is defective. All claims for warranty service must be made in writing to SVS. In the event the above conditions are met, SVS shall repair or replace said defective part without charge.

This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance; failure to follow operating instructions; accident; excess moisture; insects; lightning; power surges; connections to improper voltage supply; unauthorized alteration or modification of original condition; loss of, damage to or corruption of stored data or damages caused by use with non-SVS products.

SVS’s maximum liability hereunder is limited to the repair and replacement of any defective part or parts of the vehicle covered by warranty. IN NO EVENT SHALL SVS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR OTHER SPECIAL DAMAGES.

OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH ABOVE, SVS MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO DESCRIPTION, QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER MATTER OF THE VEHICLE. SVS SHALL BE IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMPROPER USE AND SERVICE OF THE VEHICLE.
